Simone has spent her career challenging traditional workplace norms and driving meaningful change. Starting her career in Facilities Management, Simone gained first-hand experience in the operational and strategic challenges of workplace environments. Rising through the ranks, she developed a deep understanding of how physical space, culture, and leadership intersect to shape employee experience. Her journey led her to the role of Chief Workplace Officer, where she played a pivotal role in the co-creation of a high-performing employee experience and culture, and unprecedented company growth.
Simone went on to work with global organisations across multiple sectors, providing strategic guidance on workplace transformation, culture, and leadership. Working with businesses of all sizes, she has worked with leaders to overcome complex challenges, drive engagement, and create thriving workplaces that support both people and business performance.
Before co-founding THCW, Simone was a key part of the leadership team of a workplace technology company, which secured investment. Overseeing company operations and workplace consultancy through an exciting growth period for the company, which involved global scaling, the opening of new offices and product innovation.
Simone is a published author of “The Human-Centric Workplace”, has a second book being published in early 2026, and is a seasoned public speaker.

An accomplished professional with an impressive career spanning both military and civilian sectors. After serving in the Royal Air Force for a decade, Louisa seamlessly transitioned into the world of Workplace and Facilities Management.
With an unwavering commitment to excellence, she quickly rose through the ranks to become the esteemed Managing Director of a prominent FM provider. Louisa’s visionary leadership, astute decision-making, and genuine passion for people have earned her recognition as an exceptional leader in her field. Winning Global Coaching & Leadership Provider Award 24/25, Ex-Forces Business Leader of the Year 2022 and honoured as one of the Top 50 Workplace Leaders.
Driven by her passion for leadership and recognising the need for coaching in the FM industry, Louisa embarked on a journey to become a Professional Coach. She successfully obtained her qualifications and specialises in crafting tailored coaching, mentoring, and training programs that inspire purpose and drive among leaders at all levels. Louisa is passionate about challenging conventional ways of working, helping organisations break down barriers to success, and guiding leaders in creating cultures that inspire engagement and excellence.
