I hope you’ve had a good week? – I headed to Switzerland for a few days to do some visitor and employee experience mapping workshops. It served as a reminder that I am great at charging things that can be plugged into a wall, but quite rubbish at remembering to recharge myself.
So, before leaving, I charged my Fitbit, toothbrush and power bank, and of course, my phone and laptop charger came along for the ride, along with a few plug adapters.
The bit that I didn’t plan was the time and space for me to recharge myself. I’m back home today, with a day full of meetings and a looming deadline, and wow, I am feeling it. So, naturally, I am procrastinating and writing this blog 😂
So, here’s me preaching some stuff that I need to practice more of. A confetti cannon-style 🎉 reminder to you (whilst reminding myself) about the importance of recharging.
